Our 12.0 x 3.0m Open Room buildings are the largest in our hire fleet and can accommodate a large amount of personnel. With ample room to setup multiple work stations, it is hard to look past this solution for larger sites. These units have the following standard inclusions:

- Three 1200w x 1000h Sliding Windows with Fly Screens and Steel Security Bars.
- Two of 2.6kw Wall Mounted Reverse Cycle Aircon.
- Commercial Vinyl Flooring.
- Twin Fluro Lights with Diffusers.
- Six Double GPO’s.
- Duragal Steel Chassis.
- 50mm EPS Insulated Panel Walls and Roof.
These buildings can be transported via a Semi Tilt Tray truck and dropped onto flat, hard stand ground. Connections to services must be done on site by your licensed electrician.
